More info When you book an appointment at Ear Studio, your ears will be cleaned using the safe and effective microsuction technique. This procedure, performed by a qualified Registered Nurse, is designed to help those experiencing discomfort from excessive earwax or impaction.

Microsuction involves the use of gentle suction and fine instruments to remove wax blockages under direct vision, using specialised binocular glasses with a bright light (loupes) for precision and safety throughout the process.

Unlike water-based methods, microsuction is a dry, safe, and clinically proven approach also used by Ear, Nose and Throat specialists. Combined with curettage and delicate tools, it ensures thorough and comfortable earwax removal.
