Microsuction involves the use of gentle suction and fine instruments to remove wax blockages under direct vision, using specialised binocular glasses with a bright light (loupes) for precision and safety throughout the process.

Unlike water-based methods, microsuction is a dry, safe, and clinically proven approach also used by Ear, Nose and Throat specialists. Combined with curettage and delicate tools, it ensures thorough and comfortable earwax removal.
